Cleaning

Remove the blending shaft from the motor body. Clean the motor body only with a sponge or damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners which could scratch the surface. To clean the blending shaft, wash by hand in hot water using mild detergent, or in the dishwasher.

(記者黃秀麗臺北報導)9日臺北廣播電台「運動Spotlight」節目，邀請2017臺北世大運高爾夫培訓選手賴嘉一，介紹臺北世大運選辦項目「高爾夫」。賴嘉一在節目中點播歌曲《爸爸媽媽》，來自嘉義的賴嘉一目前就讀於國立體育大學，又因為比賽常常離家在外，與家人相處時間少，歌詞中「爸爸媽媽給我的不少不多，足夠我在這年代奔波，足夠我生活」，反應他的心境，也希望將這句話帶來的感動分享給大家。
談到與高爾夫的緣分，賴嘉一感謝父親的啟蒙，希望自己有朝一日可以成為一位優秀的高爾夫選手；偶像是兼具協調性及穩定性的澳洲職業高爾夫選手Jason Day，未來以Jason Day為學習的目標，更期許能超越他。
「高爾夫是一種樂趣、一場遊戲、一種自我挑戰」，賴嘉一說，高爾夫是相當具挑戰性的運動，集結策略、技巧及心理抗壓性，求勝沒有捷徑，必須面對不同場地選擇最適合的武器，揮擊進攻下一個洞口。賴嘉一形容，高爾夫的運動風格深化為他的個性，使自己在離開運動場時處事態度一樣謹慎。
世大運將會有多國菁英來參賽，尤其這次在臺灣舉辦，想爭取代表臺灣參賽，未來還有2場世大運資格選拔賽，在教練團隊與家人支持下，鞭策自己一定要拿下世大運參賽資格。
賴嘉一在節目中靦腆地說「我真的很謝謝我的教練！」，希望這一次可以入選世大運出賽資格，為國家爭光！這麼大的國際賽事在家鄉舉辦，希望獲得好成績時，父母親可以在一旁一起分享喜悅，他並期許將獎牌留在臺灣，希望大家可以進場為所有選手們加油！(自立晚報2017/2/9)

（中央社記者鄭景雯台北20日電）好萊塢導演馬丁史柯西斯今天在台灣舉行「沉默」訪台記者會，馬丁為了拍這部片籌備30年，他今天表示，在年紀漸長甚至是成為父親後，才知道要怎麼詮釋「沉默」。
導演馬丁史柯西斯全片在台灣拍攝的「沉默」，2月17日將在台上映，為了感謝台灣，馬丁史柯西斯帶著製片艾瑪寇斯柯芙（Emma Koskoff）、編劇傑伊庫克斯（Jay Cocks）再度來台舉辦記者會。
74歲的馬丁史柯西斯，一頭斑白的頭髮，戴著黑色粗匡眼鏡，面對台灣媒體笑容滿面，十分親切，馬丁提到，「沉默」是在他內心反芻30年的作品，「首選如果沒有台灣豐富的風景資產，沒法完成這部片，這部片和台灣緊緊相關」。
30年來馬丁不斷尋找拍攝「沉默」的方式，「是我年紀漸長、有不同體驗、不同人際關係、甚至成為父親，才釐清要怎麼詮釋」。
過去馬丁的電影都與靈性追求、原罪和救贖有關，這都和他天主教徒的身份有關，不過他也提到，過去20年來，電影產業轉為娛樂化走向，「娛樂化不代表不好，但電影應該要有更深邃、長久的意涵」。
馬丁也說，「電影不只是主題樂園，每部片都要闔家觀賞，電影應該要有更多的藝術層次」，昨晚首映會有人問他，「沉默」是否只適合成熟的觀眾，「天啊！什麼時候電影只有適合成熟觀眾？」他希望這部片可以讓大家有更深層的思考，尤其在科技時代，更希望年輕人去思考、以及在靈性上的追求。
記者會上問及馬丁史柯西斯下次如果再來台灣拍片，會想拍什麼？他表示，會想拍台灣當代的城市故事，尤其是台北、台中，「這兩個地方有現代風貌也有舊城景象」，他認為身為導演，不應用局外人的方式拍片，應該要有開闊的心胸認識不同文化。1060120
